Disabled Veteran Jake Dillon announces release of new single “Soldiers Tears” on Veterans Day 11/11/2022
Clarkston, Washington – JDillonUSA.com is thrilled to announce the release of the latest single from Jake Dillon, Soldiers Tears everywhere on November 11th, 2022.
"I love to write and perform music that is an accurate representation of the world we live in. The ups and the downs, the highs, and the lows, they make us who we are. Soldiers Tears tells my PTSD journey, the good and the bad. I hope it tells other veteran’s stories and they connect with the song, so they know they are not alone. It is in memory of those who fought the war within and lost and stands in honor of those that still fight it today." Jake Dillon, 2022.
“Soldiers Tears” is a heart wrenching peek behind the curtain of what our brave men and women face day to day. Music can make a difference in our culture and this song helps us see wounds that are invisible to everyone but the wounded. An amazing song that needs to be heard!
10 years ago, as he began to work through his own demons, Jake walked away from the country music industry and dedicated his life to helping his fellow veterans. A graduate of Texas A&M University class of ’19, Jake currently specializes in PTSD and Addictions therapy in his daily job in addition to working with numerous veteran organizations to ensure veterans receive the care they need and deserve. Returning to music to help communicate the struggles that veterans face was the obvious choice.
Soldiers Tears is available on all streaming platforms after 11/11/22 and can be downloaded at JDillonUSA.com
